I am Professor (Assistant) at Baba Farid College in the Department of Mathematics, where I teach courses and work on supporting math students and the broader math community in various ways! I take seriously BFCI’s Mission Statement and Principles, especially with regards to “providing service to society” and embracing “the principles of academic freedom, integrity, responsibility, equity, and inclusiveness.” Mathematics is a beautiful subject in its own right, but it is also extremely useful to so many aspects of our lives and other branches of Sciences. This gives mathematicians, and others using math, great responsibility for the ethical use of Mathematics, and for the equitable teaching of Mathematics. I always take interest in participating and organizing events i.e. National or International Workshops, Conferences, Seminars, Symposiums associated with Mathematics.
Teaching is not only my job it’s my reason for living, it symbolizes to me a pure passion, dedication and I find my personal satisfaction in sharing the love of Mathematics, its applications in other branches of Science and technology, its real life applications and latest updates with my students, in seeing the brightness in their eyes whenever they learn something new and helping them succeed in life.
My research interest is involving in fractional calculus and its applications, Mathematical Modeling, Numerical Methods, Computational Mathematics, Special functions, Hypergeometric functions, and Mathematical Physics. I have published numerous research papers, articles and book chapters in national and international repute journals.
